Walking tours of the Presidio Quadrangle and informational brochures are available at the Visitors' Center in the Main Post.

We welcome your visit to the Funston Avenue Archaeological Research Project. Funston Avenue is at the southern side of the Presidio's Main Post, across the street from the YMCA. Please feel free to carefully wander around the site. We'll be happy to show you what we are finding and to answer any questions.

The excavations will take place for eight weeks from June 12 - August 4, 2000, Mondays through Fridays, 8 AM - 4:30 PM.

Ample free parking is available.
